You will be totally anonymous to me, the only thing I will know is your email address and your problem, you could even create a one off
email address that you could delete afterwards to use solely for the purpose of gaining your advice. In addition, I use paypal as the
payment gateway, therefore all your payment details go through their site, on a secure payment page, navigated away from Ask Phoebe,
your personal details will only be known to your bank, and to protect you further, your bank statement will not show a transaction to
Ask Phoebe, it will be listed as Key Stones, I also don't use this site as a forum, no names or letters will EVER be published!
I value your privacy, it is extremely important to me that you are protected in every way possible, I am here to help you, not to create more problems!
I have set a small fee of £12.00 per letter, this includes a follow up letter from yourself if you have any further questions
